The Old Newberry Hotel features a bridal suite, built-in bar, catering kitchen, open ballrooms, atrium and a courtyard for additional event space.

If wedding is held in the venue, there is a Bride’s Room included for preparation. If the upstairs is used for preparation, the cost will be same as upstairs/downstairs rate.
Two furnished one-bedroom apartments are also available for nightly rental.

Saturday - $2,000 | Monday-Friday - $1,700
Downstairs Only (Includes two ballrooms, Lobby,Rotary Room, Catering Kitchen and Patio)
Saturday - $1,800 | Monday-Friday - $1,500
Meeting and Conference Space Pricing Available.
Event set up may start at 9:00am until Noon the day of event. Set up the day before the event - $200 with a 3 hour limit.
Tour with management before signing contract
Deposit required - $500.00
No candles allowed (LED only)
No sparklers or confetti
No helium allowed inside. (Used outside only)
Pictures cannot be removed from wall
No furniture moved without consent of management
